Circle Health Group needed a structured, nationwide PPM programme across its UK estate of more than 60 facilities, focused on the air conditioning equipment that supports air quality, temperature control and critical medical devices. The requirement was twofold: keep the equipment reliable and compliant, and do it inside live clinical environments where access is limited and any unscheduled downtime carries real consequences for patient care.
ASG focused its scope on internal works to key equipment, working alongside the client’s in-house engineering team where they self-delivered, which kept the programme efficient and disruption low. The PPM combined statutory F-Gas leak detection on all qualifying systems, with full documentation to UK regulations, system performance inspections of airflow, fan operation and cooling, and component servicing of filters, heat exchangers and condensate drains, alongside testing of electrical connections and controls.
Any remedial works found during a visit were reported and resolved with the client, so there was no unscheduled downtime of critical equipment, and all work was carried out to healthcare hygiene and safety protocols.
