CBRE appointed ASG to deliver the full HVAC and ventilation installation across all six floors of its newly developed London head office. As a high-end commercial space, the brief carried two demands at once: the system had to perform to an exacting climate and air-quality standard, and the equipment had to stay visually discreet on finished office floors. For one of the UK’s largest property and facilities firms, the building is a working demonstration of its own standards.
ASG specified a Daikin VRV system with zoned temperature control, paired with a full primary air ventilation system sized for fresh-air supply and extraction to Part F. Indoor units were selected to run quietly and take minimal space, and set out around the architecture of each floor rather than imposed on it.
Installation ran across all six floors alongside other trades in a live fit-out, sequenced to protect finishes and keep the programme moving. A centralised control system was commissioned to give the building’s team simple, single-point management of climate across every floor. The work completed on time and within budget.
