We have been delivering M&E projects since 2001, and from our base in Loughton we have grown into a business turning over £27 million, growing at 20% year on year, with more than 330 projects completed in a single year. We work across commercial offices, data centres, healthcare, hotels, education, and warehouse and industrial sites, for private clients and the public sector alike. Different buildings, different constraints, the same single point of accountability.
Our involvement runs the full lifecycle of a building’s systems: design and specification, installation, commissioning, then planned and reactive maintenance once the building is live. Most of that is repeat business, which is the figure we watch most closely. 98% of our clients stay with us.
As an engineering-led principal contractor, we bring the technical design and the hands-on delivery under one roof, across every service we run. That changes the outcome in practical ways. Fewer contractors means fewer handovers, lower overheads, and a single team accountable for delivering on time, on budget, and to the compliance standard the building has to meet.
Environmental performance is written into how we deliver, not bolted on afterwards. On strip-out and refurbishment we recycle 83% of the material we remove rather than sending it to landfill. On lighting and M&E we design for measured energy reduction that keeps paying back for years. For a growing share of our clients, especially on framework and public-sector work, those environmental numbers are scored in the tender, not just welcomed after it.
